Private Rooms

These private rooms are completely furnished apartments.

They include a lounge area, TV, refrigerator, microwave, telephone, private bathroom and shower, and an Internet computer.

Between Friday and Sunday, private rooms require a 2 day minimum stay or a surcharge is applied.

Deposit for private rooms is $100 for daily and weekly stays. Monthly rate is $1450 plus $1450 deposit (application required).

*Only with management approval after 1-2 weeks.

Each room has a computer with Internet access. Check email, find maps, and chat with friends right from your room. Laptop ports also available.

Bathroom en suite

Each room has a private bathroom including tub and shower.

Laundry Room

After an exciting day at the beach, wash and dry your clothes in coin-operated machines.

Recreation Room

Relax with friends in the rec room, which includes cable TV, VCR, Coca-Cola machine, and pool table.

Reading Room

For quiet moments, a separate lounge area features a library and piano. Guests are welcome.

Free Phone Calls

Talk to friends at home using the computer in your room. Free calling to other computers. Low price international telephone calls.

Enjoy the Los Angeles nightlife. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can check in anytime.

Cook your favorite foods in a huge kitchen, which includes a stove, 2 microwaves, 4 refrigerators, and a large dining area.

Lockers and Storage

Store your stuff safely inside the lockers in the lobby. The reception desk can also put your valuables in a safe, and store your surfboard.
